About the role We are recruiting an experienced Gaming Supervisor to lead a passionate team. The role of the Gaming Supervisor is to ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained, whilst providing exceptional service experiences to our valued customers in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. This role works cohesively with our Gaming and Loyalty Teams. Your Key Priorities will be to: Training and Leadership of the team Ensuring a high level of customer service and guest experience. Ensuring the environment for patrons is presentable, clean, comfortable and safe.
